Working Wardrobe is a charity initiative that provides people in unemployment with a personal styling service that gives them the outfit, and confidence, they need to get the job that they deserve.
Delivered by local charityGroundwork Greater Manchester, a charity who have supported people into employment for over 30 years, the service will provide not only the clothes needed to look the part but the interview
Support The Working Wardrobe Project
Here’s how your organisation can support the Working Wardrobe project.
We welcome donations of high-quality, work-appropriate clothes, for men and women, in a range of sizes. Currently seeking:
- Business suits
- Accessories including belts & jewellery
- New, unopened cosmetics & make-up, skincare, body and hair products, men’s shaving products
- Coats & Jackets
- Tops & blouses
- New tights & new bras
We require a number of stock room based items to help get the Working Wardrobe project up and running, this includes:
- Plain hangers
- Clothes rails
- Covers for clothes rails
- Storage boxes
- Irons & ironing boards
- Steam cleaners
- Clothes brushes
- Shelving or racks
- Long, free standing mirrors
- Small coffee machine
- Seating for changing room
- Low side tables
